Made out of 2x3 x .120" wall mild steel tubing. For vehicles weighing more than 2900 pounds. These mandrel bent frame rails do not have the ugly wrinkles under the bends like other manufactures. Our dropped crossmember has more drop and tighter bends making it easy to assemble the frame with an outside width as narrow as 20". The ladder bars are mounted under the frame rails, not on the inside like our competitors. This makes the suspension as wide as possible even with a narrow frame rail width, creating a better handling vehicle. The raised rails over the rear axle allow for lower ride height than rails design to go under the stock floor pans. Designed for our 32" ladder bars (part nos. 6200, 6201, 6237, or 6287) and coil spring kit or coil-over shocks. Kit includes a pair of frame rails; dropped front crossmember; upper shock mount crossmember; upper shock mount tabs; rear crossmember; 54" long 2x3" subframe connectors; front ladder bar mounts with gussets; hardware; instructions and drawing. Shipped unassembled by UPS. Rear floor kits made out of aluminum or steel to match our frame rails and factory welding are optionally available.
